STEP IN OR STEP ASIDE: WHEN & HOW TO INTERVENE (OR NOT) IN YOUR CHILD'S CHALLENGES

STEP IN OR STEP ASIDE:
Knowing when and how to intervene (or not) in your child's challenges

Do you find yourself doing, fixing and solving for your child? Are you frustrated, resentful and anxious about their future?

Register for the event that will take you from hovering to handing off responsibility. fern@familymatterscoach.com

Do you tend to jump in at the first sign of trouble and fix things for your teen/tween? Although it's done with love and good intentions, this kind of intervention actually prevents your child from growing up and becoming responsible and independent. It also keeps you worried and exhausted!

Step In or Step Aside is a free training for parents that will help you confidently shift responsibility back where it belongs... with your child. You will learn:

* a proven tool to determine when your intervention is appropriate
* how to know when your own buttons are pushed
* the mandatory shift you must make to be heard
* the one thing you must do before offering your child feedback
* when to teach versus when to take action
* and more...
