Franklin Lakes Cops Arrest Texas Fugitive Following Traffic Stop

FRANKLIN LAKES, NJ — Police arrested a Texas man with an outstanding warrant following a traffic stop Dec. 3.
The vehicle was stopped on Route 208 just before 1:15 p.m. Dec. 3, said Capt. John Bakelaar.
James Ciabottoni, 41, of San Antonio, Texas was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued by the Pompton Lakes Municipal Court, Bakelaar said.
