Drunk Teen Found On Street, Homeowner Charged: Police
Police responded to a report of an intoxicated, and possibly unconscious, juvenile in Franklin Lakes Friday, authorities said.

FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J. — A Franklin Lakes homeowner was arrested after police responded to a report of drunk and possibly unconscious juvenile, authorities said.
Police responded to the Summit Avenue home just before 8 p.m. Friday and discovered that alcohol was being served there, said Capt. John Bakelaar.
Ten juveniles, including the reportedly drunk one in the street, were at the home when the alcohol was served, Bakelaar said. The allegedly drunk juvenile was taken to Valley Hospital. The report did not specify if any of the minors consumed alcohol.

Homeowner Soneca Guadara, 47, was charged with leaving property in custody of another where alcohol was being served to minors and maintaining a nuisance, the captain said.
Bakelaar said he did not know if the homeowner was at the home when the alcohol was allegedly served.

Police did not say if the juveniles were charged in the incident or not.
