Franklin Lakes Hosts Food Drive Until Dec. 17

Franklin Lakes reminds residents to make the world a better place through generosity.

The employees of Franklin Lakes are asking for your help in making their food drive a success.

From Monday, Nov. 16 through Wednesday, Dec. 17, Franklin Lakes employees will be collecting non-perishable food donations to support the Center for Food Action. CFA is an important community resource, helping many people experiencing hard times to make ends meet.

If you choose to donate items, there will be a drop off area located at the Borough Hall from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Some items that are urgently needed are: supermarket gift cards, peanut butter, jelly, canned meats and tuna, pasta, rice, canned soups, spaghetti sauce, canned fruits and vegetables, diapers, baby formula, hygiene and personal care products.
