Franklin Lakes Man Caught With Marijuana: Police
Andrew Sanchez-Perez, 24, was charged following a motor vehicle stop Sunday night, police said.

FRANKLIN LAKES, NJ — A borough man was charged with marijuana possession and driving while intoxicated in a school zone after a traffic stop Sunday night, police said.
Andrew Sanchez-Perez, 24, was also charged with driving while intoxicated, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident, and being an uninsured motorist, said Capt. John Bakelaar.
The traffic stop occurred at 10:47 p.m., Bakelaar said.
