Franklin Lakes Man Charged After DWI Hit-And-Run: Police
A man from Denver, Colorado was also charged with DWI recently.

FRANKLIN LAKES, NJ — Police charged two motorists, including a borough man, with driving while intoxicated recently.
Edward Gostissa, 32, of Franklin Lakes, was arrested Friday night after police investigated a hit-and-run crash on Franklin Avenue, said Capt. John Bakelaar.
Gostisssa was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusing a breath test, leaving the scene of an accident and reckless driving, Bakelaar said.

Another man, James Millius, 30, of Denver, Colorado, was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusing a breath test and reckless driving after police investigated a suspicious vehicle on Lynn Drive Saturday night, the captain said.
