Franklin Lakes Man Charged With Sex Assault Of Minor: Prosecutor
A Franklin Lakes man transported a minor under 13 across state lines and "engaged in sexual intercourse" with them, the prosecutor said.
FRANKLIN LAKES, NJ — A Franklin Lakes man facing sexual assault charges after he brought a child younger than 13 across state lines and "engaged in sexual intercourse" with them, the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office announced.
Allen Perez was arrested March 8 after a Prosecutor's Office and Franklin Lakes Police investigation. He is charged with one count of aggravated sexual assault and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
He was transported to Bergen County Jail pending a first appearance in court.
