Franklin Lakes Police Arrest Man With Marijuana On Rt. 287

FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J. — A man was charged with marijuana possession after he was caught speeding on Route 287 Monday night, police said.

William Borsella, 21, of Wayne, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, and speeding, said Capt. John Bakelaar.
