Franklin Lakes Ticket Wins Over $275K In NJ Lottery

FRANKLIN LAKES, NJ — One Franklin Lakes Jersey Cash 5 player was lucky enough to match all five numbers from the Sunday jackpot drawing.

However, they were only so lucky, as another lottery player from Burlington County also matched all five numbers, resulting in a split of the $554,672 jackpot.

After the split, both winners took home $277,336.

The winning ticket was sold at Stop & Shop, 816 Franklin Ave. Retailers who sell the winning ticket receive a $2,000 bonus check.

New Jersey Cash 5 drawings are held every night at 10:57 p.m.

To play, purchase a ticket before 10:53 p.m. on the night of the drawing, then select five numbers between 1 and 45.
