FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J. — A borough woman was charged with driving while intoxicated by Riverdale police early Sunday morning, authorities said.

Riverdale Patrolman Andrew Duffy saw a white Kia having trouble maintaining a lane while traveling on Route 23 North at 12:50 a.m., police said.
