Great Food Truck Mash-Up Is At Meadowlands Racetrack Saturday
Empanadas,, pierogis, cupcakes, and barbecue are just some of the foods the people on four wheels will be selling this weekend.
All different kinds of food trucks will descend upon the Meadowlands Racetrack Saturday for the Tri-State Food Truck Mash-Up Saturday.
Trucks like Mama's Meatballs, Oink and Moo BBQ, Waffle de Lys, and the Empanada Guy will be there with their culinary creations rain or shine.
Early admission tickets cost $30 online, $40 at the door and allow attendees to get in two hours early, at 3 p.m. They include $5 in mash-up cash to redeem at the food trucks.

Tickets cost $5 online, $7 at the door. Doors open at 5 p.m. The event closes at 11 p.m. Kids 5 and younger are free. Parking is free. Pets are not allowed.
