Hackensack Man Accused Of Inappropriately Touching Child: Officials
Diego G. Buri-Mora was arrested Tuesday after prosecutors said he inappropriately touched the victim while they slept.

HACKENSACK, NJ — A Hackensack man is facing charges after prosecutors said he inappropriately touched a child as they slept.
Diego G. Buri-Mora, 33, was arrested and charged with criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child following the incident, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced Tuesday.
According to officials, the child was visiting family members when the incident occurred. Prosecutors said Buri-Mora inappropriately touched them as they slept at their family member's home.

Hackensack police contacted prosecutors about the incident on Sunday. Buri-Mora was arrested two days later in Paramus, authorities said.
Buri-Mora was taken to Bergen County Jail pending his first court appearance.
