Huge Adult Arcade Coming To American Dream Meadowlands

For The Win will include arcade-style games, a bowling alley, live music, and craft beer offerings, developer Triple Five said.

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — A huge adult arcade-style gaming space is coming to the American Dream Meadowlands, developer Triple Five announced Wednesday.

Lucky Strike Entertainment's For The Win will feature state-of-the-art gaming, a bowling alley, live music performances, and a selection of craft beers.

“The American Dream location is our biggest For The Win to date, giving us a wide platform to create a truly unique and memorable experience for our guests,” said Steven Foster, CEO of Lucky Strike Entertainment.

The 22,000-square-foot arcade is the latest entertainment offering at the dining, shopping, and family destination.

“For The Win takes interactive fun and dining to a whole new level and creates an atmosphere like no other, which is what American Dream is all about,” said Don Ghermezian, president of Triple Five.

The 91-acre complex will be broken up into five connected sections more than a half-mile long when it opens in the summer of 2017. The $5 billion project is expected to add 20,000 jobs to the North Jersey and compete with New York City as the go-to tourist destination in the area.

An aquarium with an underwater tunnel and a LEGOLAND discovery center are also coming to American Dream.

The first Sea Life aquarium in New Jersey will feature a variety of marine life, including seahorses, sharks, and rays, and a tropical ocean tank with a walk-through underwater tunnel.

LEGOLAND is designed specifically for children ages 3 to 10. It will feature a 4D cinema, Lego brick pool, and rides.

A 4D movie theater, 300-foot-tall observation wheel overlooking Manhattan, indoor amusement park, the biggest indoor waterpark in the United States, and a 12-story indoor ski park round out the family-friendly entertainment options.

Saks Fifth Avenue, Lord & Taylor, Off 5th, and Hermes are just some of the high-end retailers that will be part of The Collections wing.

A commuter shuttle will run between the station NJ Transit operates at the Meadowlands and the Secaucus train station. NJ Transit will also operate a direct bus line from the Port Authority Bus Terminal in New York City to American Dream.
