'Inebriated' Franklin Lakes Man Charged With Heroin Possession: Police
Keith Hiza, 21, was arrested after police found him walking on Pulis Avenue Monday afternoon.
FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J. — Police arrested and charged a borough man with possession of heroin Monday afternoon, authorities said.
Keith Hiza, 21, was charged after police responded to a report of an "inebriated" man walking on Pulis Avenue shortly before 1 p.m., said Capt. John Bakelaar.
Hiza was also charged with possession of a syringe, Bakelaar said.
