Iraqi Princess Will Designate Bergen University As New HQ For Global Women's Education Initative
Princess Nisreen El-Hashemite will lead seminars and lecture at Royal Academy of Science International Trust at Felician University.
An Iraqi princess designate a Bergen County university as the home base for a United Nations-affiliated global science program.
Princess Nisreen El-Hashemite will announce that the Royal Academy of Science International Trust will have its headquarters be at Felician University's Rutherford Campus.
The academy is affiliated with the United Nations and will work at Felician for a year to try and increase women’s role in science and technology education worldwide.

Princess El-Hashemite is the granddaughter of King Gaisal Bin El-Sharif Hussein, founder of the Modern State of Iraq. She plans on leading seminars and lecturing at Felician.
Felician University is an independent Catholic/Franciscan university with campuses in Rutherford and Lodi.
