JNA Fitness Dares Moms to Take 'Skinny Jeans Challenge'
No scales, no measuring tapes, just fitness, nutrition and support.

Joseph Banda, Alina Crisafulli and the gang at have issued a challenge to moms trying to get back in shape.
Branda, JNA Fitness owner and lead trainer, has come up with The Skinny Jeans Challenge.
"The challenge is really simple. Grab a pair of jeans that is 1-2 sizes too small and we'll help you get back into them in just 8 weeks," Branda said. "Every woman has a favorite pair of jeans they can't fit into anymore. What the Skinny Jeans Challenge does is help them complete an 8-week challenge that focuses on exercise, healthy eating, and creating good habits. If done successfully, they are able to fit back into their favorite pair of jeans that have been hanging in the back of the closet."

JNA keeps the jeans and uses them to see how much weight and inches come off at the end of the program.
They don't use any measuring tapes or scales.
"The jeans never lie," Branda said. "It's so exciting to see clients' reactions when they are able to fit back into their favorite pair of jeans."
