Jonas Family Restaurant Nellie's Set For 2022 Opening In Vegas

LAS VEGAS, NV — The Jonas Brothers may have direct roots to Wyckoff, but the Jonas family restaurant, Nellie's, celebrates the families roots in the south. Now, they're opening a new location in the heart of Las Vegas.

Nellie’s Southern Kitchen, billed as a "Jonas family experience", will make its Las Vegas debut at MGM Grand in early 2022, it was announced Monday. It will be the second Nellie's location, with the first in Belmont, North Carolina.

Belmont is where the restaurant gets its inspiration, honoring the late Nellie Jonas, Kevin Jonas, Sr.'s grandmother, who lived in Belmont until she passed in 2011, the restaurant's website said.

The Vegas location will be located in The District, opposite the MGM Grand Garden Arena. The 11,000-square-foot-restaurant will still pay homage to Nellie, "with an atmosphere inspired by the Jonas’ love for music, the vibrant space will be a lively spot for all ages to enjoy fresh, flavorful dishes and live entertainment."

The Jonas family has held ties to the city and MGM Resorts International over the years, including Jonas Brothers concerts at MGM Grand Garden Arena as well as sister properties, Park MGM and Mandalay Bay, a news release said.
