Letter to the Editor: Carolan Grounded with Integrity and Strong Principles

Dear Editor,

Our family supports John Carolan for Wyckoff School Board in this November’s election.

My wife Lisa and I have come to know John and his family since they moved here in 2008. We are impressed by John Carolan’s character and intellect as well as he and his family’s support of school activities and fund raisers. 

John Carolan strongly supports education. Like us, his family chose to raise children in Wyckoff because of the strong families and excellent schools in our town. As taxpayers, we support the goal of delivering a quality education for all of our students at a reasonable cost, as well as complying with the NJ State law of annual budget growth.

We believe that John can apply his keen intellect and business experience to help the Wyckoff School Board invest our tax dollars wisely, maintain our superior schools and keep school taxes manageable amidst the current economic reality. 

My business experience has taught me that leaders must be grounded with integrity and strong principles in order to make good decisions.

With John, I see these qualities in abundance, which is why he has my family’s support.
