Letter to the Editor: Jepsen, Rooney Would Bring Enthusiasm, Innovation to Wyckoff

To whom it may concern: 

We are pleased to support Haakon Jepsen and Kevin Rooney for Wyckoff Township Committee in the November 6, 2012, election.

We have come to know Haakon through St. Elizabeth’s Church here in town. When we first met Haakon we immediately recognized that he was deeply devoted to his family, church and his community and shared our values. 

Haakon’s creative and innovative thinking has greatly improved our church community and is proof positive there are ways we can always improve even excellent programs. Time and time again he has offered new ideas that have taken us forward. Haakon is an asset to our community.

When Haakon Jepsen and Kevin Rooney are elected they will bring enthusiasm and fresh ideas to the Township Committee, which will not only help solve some of the challenges facing Wyckoff but also improve what currently makes Wyckoff such a great place to live and raise our children. We are certain that the Rooney-Jepsen team will provide superior leadership and offer new ways to help keep our taxes low and our property values high, while still supporting smart and responsible growth that will keep Wyckoff the desired community we all love.

The Rooney-Jepsen team will always put the citizens of Wyckoff first, will listen to our concerns and will inspire and encourage many of us to take some extra time out of our busy schedules to volunteer to help our community.

In sum, a vote for Haakon Jepsen and Kevin Rooney is a vote for a bright and better future for Wyckoff. We enthusiastically recommend a vote for the Rooney-Jepsen team on November 6th.
