The Longview Assisted Living Residence Receives Advanced Standing
Eighth Consecutive Year of Advanced Standing for Christian Health Care Center Residence
The Longview Assisted Living Residence at Christian Health Care Center (CHCC) in Wyckoff has received the distinction of Advanced Standing status for the eighth consecutive year. Advanced Standing status is granted and governed through a collaboration by the Health Care Association of New Jersey Foundation and the New Jersey Department of Health.
The Advanced Standing program is open to all licensed assisted-living residences in New Jersey. The approved licensure-survey process is a distinction bestowed upon a facility, such as Longview, that successfully complies with all state licensure standards. Longview was 100 percent in compliance with all regulations and was affirmed for additional best practices beyond minimum requirements.
“This very important survey affirms the excellent care provided to our residents 365 days a year by dedicated Longview staff and supporting departments. Achieving this designation consecutively since it was developed eight years ago is a testament to the devotion of our team to Longview residents to provide excellent care,” said Douglas A. Struyk, CPA, LNHA, President and CEO of CHCC.
