Man Caught With Stolen Car On Route 208: Franklin Lakes Police
A man wanted in Central Jersey was pulled over Franklin Lakes police, who say he was in a stolen car.
FRANKLIN LAKES, NJ — Police who stopped a driver in Franklin Lakes last month discovered that he was inside a stolen car, they said.
Wilber R. Checofelix, 25, of Paterson was arrested on Feb. 21 for a warrant from Woodbridge.
Police said that when they pulled Checofelix over on Route 208 North, near Colonial Road, they also discovered that he was driving a stolen car.

He was charged with receiving a stolen motor vehicle and issued multiple traffic summonses, said police in Franklin Lakes.
The Woodbridge Police Department responded to police headquarters and took custody of the suspect, police said.
