Man With Kiddie Porn Filmed Men's Bathroom At Park: Prosecutor
Raul J. Rodriguez, 33, had child porn, including some involving prepubescent kids, authorities said.

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A Jersey City man was charged with possession of child pornography and invasion of privacy after he was caught recording the inside of the men's bathroom at Riverside County Park in Lyndhurst, authorities said.
Raul Rodriguez, 33, was charged with possession of child pornography and invasion of privacy, Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal announced.
Rodriguez was arrested after the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office investigated a report that the Bergen County Sheriff's Department apprehended him at Riverside County Park South for allegedly filming a person using a bathroom there, Grewal said.

The prosecutor's office Cyber Crimes Unit investigated and found that Rodriguez used his smartphone camera to record part of the bathroom, Grewal said.
The investigation also revealed that Rodriguez had child pornography, including sexually explicit images and videos of prepubescent kids, the prosecutor said.

Authorities said there is "no evidence that any children using the park were recorded in the bathroom."
Rodriguez was arrested in Lyndhurst Wednesday. He is scheduled to appear in Bergen County Judicial Processing Court Nov. 29.
