Man Stole $150 Of Stuff From Franklin Lakes Stop & Shop: Police

Robert Tintle, 25, allegedly committed the shoplifting in September and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

FRANKLIN LAKES, NJ — An Oakland man was arrested and charged Friday with shoplifting after a warrant was issued for his arrest in September, Franklin Lakes police announced.

Robert Tintle, 25, was wanted for shoplifting about $150 worth of merchandise from the Stop & Shop Sept. 9, 2017, said Detective Capt. John Bakelaar.

Police investigated and a warrant was issued for Tintle's arrest, Bakelaar said.

Franklin Lakes detectives arrested Tintle at 8:15 a.m. Thursday, the captain said. Tintle was remanded to the Bergen County Jail.
