Maserati Stolen From Franklin Lakes Driveway, Police Say

A 2015 Maserati was stolen out of a Franklin Lakes resident’s driveway recently, police said.

The car was taken from a Devonshire Drive home’s driveway overnight Saturday night into Sunday morning, Lt. John Bakelaar said.

In related news, a Marie Court resident reported that someone stole her purse containing cash and credits from her unlocked vehicle, Bakelaar said. The alleged theft also occurred overnight Saturday into Sunday.

Police remind residents to lock their vehicles and remove any personal property from them while parked at home.
