MCTD aims to provide meaningful learning experiences to all Adult Learners by offering opportunities for active participation throughout the training program. Professional, certified MCTD faculty guide Adult Learners through each component of the program. Guest lecturers, who are experts in their fields, complement regular coursework. Close mentorship by Field Consultants throughout the Practicum Phase promotes the growth and success of all MCTD Adult Learners. Preparing and empowering Adult Learners to become exceptional, effective Montessori educators while attending to the unique needs of each Adult Learner are primary goals of MCTD.
