N.J. State Police Working To Identify Security Threats At MetLife Stadium
Police ask fans to be vigilant and report any suspicious behavior.

The New Jersey State Police are working with federal, county, and local enforcement to identify any potential security threats at MetLife Stadium.
Police will "remain vigilant" while on patrol during the Giants' game Sunday and at future events given the events in New York City and Seaside Park.
Twenty-nine people in Chelesa were injured in a street-corner explosion that law enforcement sources said was caused by an intentionally detonated improvised device in that sent shrapnel flying into pedestrians Saturday night, The blast shattered windows, shook buildings, closed subways and blocked buses from their routes.

The boardwalk area in Seaside Park, New Jersey was evacuated — and a lockdown was in place — because of an explosion Saturday as authorities continued to search for any possible suspects.
No one was injured in the blast, and no additional devices were found after a search at a charity 5K race.

"The security at MetLife Stadium is robust, comprehensive, and flexible," State Police said. "As with any event, operation plans are adjusted continuously to provide the best possible security.
