No Charges Filed In Fetty Wap Fight At Bergen County ShopRite: Report

No charges have been filed in a fight at a Paramus ShopRite that allegedly involved Paterson rapper Fetty Wap, police said.
Paramus Police Chief Kenneth Ehrenberg told NorthJersey.com that the investigation is complete and that ”none of the parties wished to press charges.”
The 25-year-old rapper, whose real name is Willie Maxwell II, said on Twitter that he didn’t start the July 10 fight.

A teenage ShopRite employee told police he thought Fetty Wap was part of the group that attacked him while he was worked in a checkout line at the store, the website reported.
Those who were involved in the incident have a year to file a disorderly persons complaint, police said.
