Man Charged With Sex Crimes Against Child In Wyckoff, Washington Township: Prosecutors
A Nutley man is alleged to have committed sex crimes against a juvenile in two Bergen County towns, prosecutors said.
BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A Nutley man who works as a strength and speech coach has been charged with sex crimes against a child, prosecutors said Wednesday.
Donald Kumar Davis, 33, has been charged with criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child, said the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office.
Prosecutors said that on Wednesday, Dec. 13, the Washington Township Police Department contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit regarding the alleged sexual assault of a juvenile.

An investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and the Washington Township Police Department determined that Davis sexually assaulted a child in Washington Township on two occasions and in Wyckoff on one occasion, prosecutors said.
On Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2023, Davis was arrested in Paramus and charged with two counts of second-degree aggravated
criminal sexual contact and two counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child, prosecutors said.

Davis was taken to the Bergen County Jail and awaits his first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in
Hackensack.
