Franklin Lakes Man Charged With Serving Alcohol To Minors During 'Loud' Party: Police

BREAKING: Several juveniles and underaged adults were at the Trailing Ridge Road property late Tuesday night, authorities said.

FRANKLIN LAKES, NJ — A Trailing Ridge Road resident was charged Tuesday after police broke up a loud party where alcohol was being served.

Police responded to the party shortly before 11:40 p.m. and found several juveniles and underaged adults there, said Capt. John Bakelaar.

Dalton Graham, 18, was charged with making alcoholic beverages available to persons underage, maintaining a nuisance and a borough noise ordinance violation, Bakelaar said.

Two other people, John Connelly, 18, of Franklin Lakes, and Michelina Castro, 18, of Wayne, were charged with underage possession/consumption of alcohol, the captain said.
