Police Make Several DWI, Marijuana Arrests In Wyckoff Recently
A woman charged with DWI was driving 'carelessly' in front of a police vehicle, police said.

WYCKOFF, NJ — Police charged several people with driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana this week.
- Gabrielle Busto, 30, of Mahwah, was charged with driving while intoxicated after Officer Kyle Ferreira stopped her at about 3 a.m. May 24, police said. Police said Ferreira was patrolling Wyckoff Avenue when he saw a vehicle traveling carelessly in front of him, police said. Busto was also charged with reckless driving, delaying traffic, failure to exhibit insurance and driving with an obstructed view.
- Andrew James, 29, of Wyckoff, was charged with driving while intoxicated after police found him slumped over his steering wheel near CVS on Franklin Avenue just before 8 p.m. May 26, police said. After an investigation, James was arrested and, in addition to the DWI, he was charged with reckless driving and being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance, police said.
- Marangely Varra, 29, of Allentown, Pennsylvania, was stopped by Officer Ryan Noon May 26 on Route 208 shortly before 8 p.m. after Noon said Varra drove past his car at a "high rate of speed," police said. She was charged with driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana, speeding, failure to maintain a line, improper passing, following too closely and reckless driving, police said.
- Nicolas Ortiz Jr., 35, of Wanaque, was charged with possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on Route 208 South Sunday, police said. Ortiz was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, improper display of license plates and operating a motor vehicle with drugs in his possession, police said.
