Pornography Charge For Cliffside Park Man: Bergen County Prosecutor

Police charged a 59-year-old Cliffside Park man with possession of child sex abuse materials after a search of his home, prosecutors said.

CLIFFSIDE PARK, NJ — A Cliffside Park man was charged with possession of child sexual abuse material on Thursday after a search of his home, the county prosecutor said.

Levon Dayermenjian, 59, of Lafayette Avenue was arrested after the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at his home, the office said. He was arrested and charged with one count.

The county prosecutor's office said, "The investigation revealed that Dayermenjian used the internet to view, download, and possess items depicting nude and/or sexually explicit prepubescent children."

Dayermenjian was taken to the Bergen County Jail and will make a first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.
