"The food was bonkers. Every bit of meat smoked to perfect tenderness, great pops of flavor with or without the sauces," said Daniel D. "For the ribs, I am partial to the baby backs. The St. Louis are a little tougher on the outside. Still did the job. Best ribs I've had in the area. I'd give them a solid eight out of 10."
Thrillist named the rapidly-expanding business the state's best barbecue and NJ.com called it "New Jersey's best BBQ newcomer'' in May 2016.

"The 14-hour-smoked brisket is a must, go for it sandwich-style, layered in thick slices (or chopped if that's more your style) on fluffy bread, and you won't be disappointed," Thrillist said in its review.
The business plans to have 55 locations, many in New Jersey, by the end of 2019.
