Rep. Gottheimer Speaks Out Against GOP Health Care Plan [video]
'It cuts Medicaid and leaves the state holding the bag for other states and puts additional costs on New Jersey,' Josh Gottheimer said.
Rep. Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5) spoke out about the Republican health care overhaul bill on the U.S. House of Representatives floor Monday.
Gottheimer, a Democrat from Wyckoff, called the bill "a new tax on all New Jersey residents."
A proponent of bi-partisanship, Gottheimer said that both parties need to come together to fix the Affordable Care Act.
