Republican Challenges Independent's Bid For Wyckoff Committee Seat
Susan Yudin is challenging Thomas Madigan's petition to run as an independent in the November election.

Susan Yudin, a Republican candidate for the Township Committee, is challenging Thomas Madigan’s petition to run as an independent candidate in the November election.
Yudin’s lawyer, Charles Rabolli, said in a letter filed with Bergen County Clerk John Hogan that Madigan’s petition is “fatally defective” and that Hogan should reject Madigan’s petition, NorthJersey.com reported.
Rabolli said in the letter than Madigan signed Mayor Kevin Rooney’s petition for a place on the ballot and signed his own as well, the website reported; according to a statute Rabolli cites in the letter, Madigan can’t sign a two people’s petitions for the same seat.
