For the Right Change in Wyckoff

Wyckoff deserves elected officials whose integrity is beyond question, have excellent judgment, and hold themselves to the highest ethical standards. That is why we recommend voters select Carla Pappalardo over Tom Madigan for Township Committee.

For nearly two decades, Carla has exhibited these qualities as she has been an energetic problem solver, team player and leader in her many volunteer roles in Wyckoff.

On the other hand, Mr. Madigan – with whom we served on the Ramapo Indian Hills Board of Education – has shown himself to lack integrity, exercise poor judgement, and do the bidding of those who want to politicize Wyckoff in an unacceptable manner. A video of a recent town meeting revealed that his “sanctuary city” resolution included misleading data and inflammatory language of a racially biased organization to create a divisive issue that has no direct relevance to Wyckoff or its neighboring communities. That’s not leadership.

For these reasons, we wholeheartedly support and endorse Carla Pappalardo. She’ll raise the bar and lower the temperature in Town Hall.
