Three Candidates, One Vote

On November 6, Wyckoff residents will vote to fill two seats on the Township Committee. Three candidates are running, Carla Pappalardo against the duo of Tim Shanley and Tom Madigan. Residents may feel obligated to cast two votes, but if they prefer one candidate above the other two, then they have the option to aim high and “bullet vote”.

In other words, a voter is not obligated to cast two votes if he or she believes strongly in only one candidate.

I’ll be casting one vote and one vote only for Carla Pappalardo. She will not only help to balance the Township Committee, which is now heavily weighted with male members. As an attorney and Wyckoff Mom, she will bring objectivity, integrity, and focus on the needs of Wyckoff residents to the dais. She is deeply committed to opening the doors of Town Hall to every Wyckoff citizen.
