Unlocked Mercedes Benz Stolen From Franklin Lakes Driveway: Police
Keys were left inside the car, police said.

FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J. — An unlocked Mercedes Benz was reported stolen out of a Peach Tree Lane driveway early Saturday morning, police said.
Authorities received a report about the stolen car just before 12:30 a.m. Saturday, said Capt. John Bakelaar. The keys were left inside the unlocked 2012 vehicle, police said.
The case was forwarded to the Detective Bureau.

Anyone with information regarding the theft should call the police at 201-891-2121.
Police would like to remind residents to take the keys out of the vehicles and lock them overnight.
