Victim Of Fatal Route 4 Crash ID'd: Police
A family member of the victim positively identified him Sunday, police said.

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — The identity of the pedestrian killed in a fatal Route 4 crash in Elmwood Park Friday has been released.
Edier Lopez, 47, of Paterson, was positively identified by a family member Sunday at the Bergen County Medical Examiner's Office, said Elmwood Park Police Chief Michael Foligno.
"Our hearts and prayers go out to the family during this difficult time," Foligno said.

Eldier was hit by a 2014 Ford Explorer near the 7-Eleven and Orange Avenue at about 10 p.m. Friday, Foligno told Daily Voice. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
