Wyckoff YMCA Hosting Best-selling Author Chris Crowley
The Vista and Wyckoff Family YMCA Host Best-selling Author, Chris Crowley

Chris Crowley is on a mission. The co-author of the New York Times bestseller “Younger Next Year: Live Strong, Fit, and Sexy – Until You’re 80 and Beyond” wants to help everyone learn how basic behavioral changes can help us delay most of the normal physical problems of aging, and eliminate many serious illnesses and injuries. These changes, he says, result in bodies that are functionally younger for a longer period of time.
Christian Health Care Center (CHCC) and The Vista, in partnership with the Wyckoff Family YMCA, will host Chris Crowley from noon to 2 p.m., Thursday, May 18, in the YMCA's Gymnasium, 691 Wyckoff Ave. Mr. Crowley will present his findings and advice on the best choices for seniors to make a marked improvement in their day-to-day routines, ultimately living a longer and healthier life. A complimentary lunch will be provided, and seating is limited. For more information and to RSVP, call (201) 848-4200. (Registration is required).
The Vista is a new life plan community, formerly known as a continuing care retirement community, to be built on CHCC’s Wyckoff campus. Designed to address an unmet need for independent-senior living, The Vista will offer advanced, innovative programming and amenities
