WATCH: Meet New Ramapo Indian Hills Superintendent Rui Dionisio

The district released an introduction video with the new superintendent. Here's what he had to say.

OAKLAND, NJ — Rui Dionisio will step into his role as the new Superintendent of the Ramapo Indian Hills Regional High School District in November, but it's never too early to make an introduction.

The district has released a video featuring Dionisio addressing the district community for the first time, and it can be viewed below.

"To the students, parents, our staff and to all of our educators, I cannot wait to officially arrive in November, and begin working with you to help bring this outstanding school district to the next level," he said.

Dionisio arrives in Oakland after serving as the superintendent of Verona Public Schools for the last seven years. Prior to his time in Verona, Dionisio was an administrator with Ridgewood Public Schools, and served as principal at Cranford High School.
