WATCH: Wyckoff Mayor Raises Pride Flag

WYCKOFF, NJ — Tim Shanely became the first Wyckoff mayor to raise the Pride Flag on Monday, June 1, in honor of Pride Month.

"I am proud to be the first mayor of Wyckoff to raise the Pride Flag," he said.

Shanley said he and other town officials listened to residents and others explain how important the flag was to them, and, after not having a flagpole to fly it on last year, he said, the flag will honor Pride Month in the township this year.
