Wyckoff Police Arrest Several People On Drug Charges This Week
2 people were stopped because they did not have license plates on their vehicles, police said.

WYCKOFF, NJ — Several people were charged with drug possession this week in town, police announced Wednesday.
- Police investigated people at CVS Friday who were trying to fraudulently return merchandise there. Police stopped a silver Honda and investigated. Timothy M. Bowens, 26, of Hillburn, New York, and Rebecca A. Yager, 18, of Mahwah, were arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, hindering apprehension, and receiving stolen property, Lt. Joseph Soto said.
Bowners was also issued several motor vehicle summonses and had an outstanding bench warrant for failing to appear in court, Soto said. He was remanded to the Bergen County Jail. Yager was released pending a court date.
- Officer Michael Finn stopped a Nissan Sentra that did not have a rear license plate and the driver could not maintain a lane, Soto said. Finn also saw the driver, Eurique Moreno III, of Greenwood Lake, New York, throw a syringe out the window, he said.
Moreno was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, and other offenses. He had warrants out for his arrest in Fair Lawn and Franklin Lakes. He was arrested and remanded to the Bergen County Jail, Soto said.

- Officer Ryan Noon stopped a black Infinity on Wyckoff Avenue May 24 for having an obstructed view and, after an investigation, charged Divindra Ramkissoon, 19, of Richmond Hills, New York, with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, Soto said. Ramkissoon was also issued several motor vehicle summonses.
- Officer Kyle Ferreira stopped a green Honda Accord on Route 208 for not having a front license plate. Ferreira smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle and investigated, Soto said.
The driver, Kavon D. Wilson, 26, of Paterson and passenger, Andrew W. Foster, 23, of Clifton were each charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams. Foster was also charged with hindering apprehension, Soto said.
