Wyckoff Police To Participate In County-Wide Pedestrian Safety Initative
Increased pedestrian safety measures will be stressed throughout October, authorities said.

Wyckoff police officials will participate in an announcement this week regarding an increased emphasis on pedestrian safety throughout Bergen County this month.
Chief Benjamin Fox and Lt. Charles Van Dyk will participate, along with county officials, in a press conference Tuesday morning to announce a county-wide initiative that police agencies throughout Bergen County are participating in, officials said.
Lt. Van Dyk stated that motorists can expect many enforcement details throughout Wyckoff in October including the Cops in Crosswalks initiative, in which undercover officers act as pedestrians at intersections.
