“For everything we did, he wanted to know the measure of success and he was always outcome-oriented,” Board President Robert Francin told NorthJersey.com. ”We appreciate his time and effort. The board is better because of him.”
Carolan began serving on the board in 2013. He chaired the facilities and policy committees and was a member of the finance and personnel committees.

Letters of interest for the position should be sent to Business Administrator Alan Reiffe by June 22 at 5 p.m.
Voters will elect two people to three-year terms in the Nov. 3 general election. Kathy Bowers term also ends in December.
