Melchionne, 37, works as a senior mortgage loan officer. He is married to Tara Lermond Melchionne.
The Wyckoff Environmental Commission Chairman is a graduate of Quinnipiac University.

Why are you seeking elective office?
I am seeking elective office to keep Wyckoff affordable and our taxes low while improving services.
The single most pressing issue facing our community is _______, and this is what I intend to do about it.
The single most pressings issue facing Wyckoff is keeping our electric and water utilities held accountable. We will continue to hold them accountable while also developing new ideas and strategies to protect the residents of Wyckoff.
What are the critical differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
Our opponents want to change Wyckoff the town we call home. We will continue the progress of why so many call Wyckoff home and continue to move it in the right direction.
Describe the other issues that define your campaign platform
Improving recreational facilities, parks and pedestrian walkways, maintaining open space, ensuring school and public safety, supporting first responders, improving recreational facilitates, parks and walkways, support local business, and continue the investment in road resurfacing.
What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?
As a Finance business professional, I understand finance and fiscal responsibility that will help in keeping taxes low while improving services.
What else would you like voters to know about yourself and your positions?
I am dedicated to working for all the residents of Wyckoff, keeping it affordable, safe and family focused.
