Wyckoff Township Committee OKs Signs For 2020 Graduates

Five signs will be placed around town congratulating 2020 graduates from Indian Hills and Ramapo.

WYCKOFF, NJ — Five signs will be posted in Wyckoff to celebrate the 2020 graduates of Ramapo and Indian Hills after getting the green light from the township committee on Tuesday, May 19.

In a message from the township committee, Mayor Tim Shanley announced that one of the signs would be placed at the governmental speech flag pole at Memorial Field.

Also in his letter, Shanley congratulated Ramapo senior Matthew Murphy on winning a scholarship in the Louis Bay 2nd Future Leaders Scholarship Competition. Murphy was one of three to write winning essays.

"Well done Matthew and once this pandemic is over and we can have public gatherings again we will have you and your family at our township committee meeting," Shanley wrote.

The mayor did not give an update on Wyckoff's coronavirus totals, stating they were not available at the time of his writing.
