Carla Pappalardo Promotes Water Quality in Wyckoff

She Will Bring Passion and Leadership to an Important Issue

For years I have been buying bottled drinking water for my family. We have also invested in a costly water purification system for our home. What’s more, during the hot summer months, we’re often only allowed to water the lawn twice a week. Why? Because Ridgewood Water seems to take little responsibility for providing Wyckoff with adequate, palatable, deposit-free water. In the meantime, they have allegedly squandered our water payments on Ridgewood’s municipal improvements.

Our town leaders deserve credit for taking steps to hold Ridgewood Water accountable economically. But Carla Pappalardo is the first candidate to promote what is arguably more important than better rates: improving the quality and safety of our drinking water. She is right about this issue and will bring the passion and leadership necessary to carry it forward.

Carla deserves to be elected to the Wyckoff Township Committee on November 6.
