Wyckoff: What's Open, What's Closed On Columbus Day

Trash and recycling collection schedules are unaltered by the holiday, but some municipal buildings will be closed. What to know.

WYCKOFF, NJ — Trash and recycling collection won't be inhibited by Columbus Day, but some municipal buildings will be closed on Monday.

The Township announced that there are no changes to the current curbside collection schedule for Monday, meaning recycling of bottles, cans and plastics will happen in Districts #2, 3, 6 and 7. Garbage will be collected as scheduled too.

Town Hall will be closed on Monday, and will the recycling and conservation center. Town Hall will reopen on Tuesday at 8:30 a.m., while the recycling center will reopen at 9 a.m.

The library will be open normal hours on Monday, however.
