Wyckoff Woman Set Glen Rock VFW On Fire: Police

Kristi L. O'Connor, 47, was charged with arson. She allegedly lit a wreath that was hanging on the front door and the door itself on fire.

WYCKOFF, NJ — A township woman was charged with arson after she allegedly set part of the Veterans of Foreign Wars post in Glen Rock on fire Friday, police said.

Krisiti L. O'Connor, 47, was charged with arson, burglary, theft, criminal trespass, criminal mischief, and failure to report a fire, said Glen Rock Police Lt. Frank Riggio.

Police said O'Connor stole tools out of an unlocked vehicle in the parking lot of the Glen Rock Train Station, which houses the Thomas D. Egan Glen Rock Post No. 850 and Glen Rock Historical Society, early Saturday morning. She damaged the front door with the tools and lit it on fire, along with a wreath that hung on the door, Riggio said.
