Wyckoff's Fall Shredfest Is Friday

Got a pile of papers sitting around the house you've been meaning to get rid of? Well, the day is finally here.

WYCKOFF, NJ — It's a story as old as, well, paper.

If you've got a pile of paper hanging around the house you've been meaning to get rid of, now's your chance. On Friday, Wyckoff will host the township's "Fall Shredfest."

The event is intended for residents to bring their confidential, personal, paper documents for shredding at no charge.

Scheduled for Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 a.m., a mobile paper shredding vehicle will be available at Wyckoff Community Park, 475 Wyckoff Ave.

Shredding is done on a first come, first served basis.

Not allowed are books, magazines, travel guides, junk mail and other like items.
